Strap Up with Tudor’s Newest Chronograph Release

Amongst Tudor’s new releases this year, Tudor released a new Black Bay Chronograph this year with two new dial variations. Marking 50 years of Tudor’s chronograph releases, the watch is available with a white dial and black sub-dials or a black dial with white subdials. Both dials feature gorgeous red accents in accordance to its iconic brand colors. We’d love to hear which dial is your favorite in the comments below!

The new Tudor Black Bay Chronograph houses the brand’s MT5813 Calibre as its predecessors, but the case, if only slightly, is thinner. Add to that 200m water resistance, and we’re sure this is going to be a popular watch to rock. Both dial variant models are available on a bracelet, black leather strap or a black fabric strap. But, as with Rolex and Panerai, Everest offers you an option to customize your new Tudor Black Bay Chronograph one step further.

Everest Bands are Swiss-Made with a curved end design that will perfectly fit your Tudor watch case. Both rubber and leather options are available. But, we’re going to look at the ever popular rubber first. Everest offers three color variants for the Tudor Swiss-Made rubber watch bands: classic black, beautiful deep blue, and diver orange. The strap has a grooved channeling system on the underside of the strap to release moisture and allow for air flow. Additionally, it reinforces the nine tongue holes and measures the standard length of 120mm by 80mm.

Everest Bands also recently released its Italian vegetable tanned leather watch band options for Tudor models. Swiss-Made and handcrafted, the leather colors perfectly compliment the various Tudor model styles. Some great leather combinations for the 2021 new Tudor Black Bay Chronograph would easily be the black leather or black leather with contrast stitching. These are very classic and safe combinations. 

If you want a warmer style, the chocolate brown, chestnut brown or saddle tan leather would be perfect. The vintage coloring of the watch strap may definitely add to the throwback comparisons of the new Tudor Black Bay Chronograph to the Paul-Newman like comparison that is always circulating. This is probably due to the red accents on a chronograph released by the sister company of Rolex.
